Consultation
We can help in the very early stages of your project by helping you look for the Plot that suits you. Ensuring that the plot is viable both in terms of location and planning restrictions. This all hinges on our understanding of your unique requirements, this allows us to put together a plan to match your aspirations and help fulfill that dream.

Construction
While we are going through the planning phase, we can then start to look at the construction phase. With our experience in the Algarve we can negotiate the best commercial terms and the best Construction company to suit the project requirements. Once this phase has been agreed we will then arrange the project from beginning through to conclusion.

Any Developer should aim for the following benchmarks when looking at an investment:

  • The project should take 15-24 months from buying the land to completion, this depending on land status at purchase i.e. with or without a project for construction already approved and provide up to a minimum 30% per cent return on investment;

  • Investors starting to think about this option would typically have many questions to ask. These may be:
    • How much do the architects cost?
    • How can I locate a reliable Builder?
    • How can I ensure that all the proper standards are being adhered to?
    • How do I know the materials will be what I paid for and corners are not cut?
    • What are the building regulations like?
    • Are the regulations strictly enforced?
